Your guests' data

What happens to a guest list on Invitfy, in plain words: who can see it, where it is kept, when it is deleted, and what goes to other companies.

Draft – legal review before production. This page is not yet our final terms.

Who can see the guest list

Where it is stored

Guest lists are kept in our database in Singapore (Supabase), and the app that reads them runs in Singapore (Railway).

When it is deleted

Guest names, mobile numbers and email addresses, their replies, messages, check-ins and memory-book notes are deleted automatically 30 days after the event. You can choose fewer days in your guest list settings. A longer period is possible only in a signed contract.

What we keep after deletion

Only the event's counts: how many were invited, sent, attending, declined, not replied, companions and arrivals. No names or numbers. A VIP-arrival alert keeps only that a VIP arrived, not who.

What goes to other companies

Only what each one needs to do its job:

How a guest can ask to be removed

A guest can ask the host, who can remove them from the list at any time. Or write to support@invitfy.example with the event's name; we pass the request to the host.

The four points wedding halls ask for in writing

Halls asked families to settle these before choosing any invitation service. With Invitfy:

  1. Who owns non-responses

The family (the host). Invitfy sends up to two reminders to guests who have not replied and shows who is still silent, so the family can call them.

  2. One confirmed headcount with a cutoff

The host prints one "Final headcount for the caterer" sheet: confirmed guests plus their companions, by entrance, with the reply cutoff the host sets. Find it in your event, under "More for this event".

  3. Who staffs the door

The family or the venue. Invitfy does not provide hostesses; it gives your door team the check-in app on their own phones, door-helper links and a printed list as a backup.

  4. What the price covers, and the data

One pass per event covers the WhatsApp invitation, reminders, QR and Wallet pass, door app, live dashboard and report. The data rules are on this page.
