Questions

Do I pay for the people I invite or the people who come?

For the people you invite: each invited mobile number is one guest, and companions on the same invitation are free. You take the smallest pass that covers your list: 21 to 50 guests is the 50-guest pass, 51 to 200 the 200-guest pass, and so on. Sending, 2 reminders, entry codes, the door app and the dashboard are included.

Our elders don't open links. What then?

You see by name who hasn't replied, so you can call them yourself. If a guest answers the WhatsApp message in their own words instead of tapping, you record the answer with one tap. The invitation adds to your call; it doesn't replace it.

What if there's no signal at the door?

The door app keeps the guest list on the phone and goes on checking guests in offline, then syncs when the connection is back. Find a guest by name or by the last 4 digits of their mobile. You can also print a paper list for each door as a backup, with only the last 4 digits of each mobile.

What happens to my guests' data?

Guest names and numbers are deleted 30 days after the event; we keep only the totals. No guest's number appears in a link or a QR code.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, in full, until your first invitation is sent. Once sending has started, there is no refund.

What is free?

Events with up to 20 guests. You design the invitation the same way and share its link yourself; we send no messages for free events.
