Refund policy
Invitfy is self-serve: you design, add your guests and send yourself. So the rule is simple.
Before sending: a full refund
Until the first invitation of your event is sent, you can ask for 100% of what you paid for that event back.
Once sending has started: no refund
As soon as the first invitation has gone out (WhatsApp, email or SMS), the pass is in use and cannot be refunded, even if you invite fewer guests than it covers.
How to ask
Write to support@invitfy.example from your account's email address with the event's name. The refund goes back the way you paid.
